"Good location.
Surprised how much smaller it was than we anticipated. Had paid more for 'Grand Studio' but was very small and pokey. No room for suitcases etc.
Didn't realise it was not a hotel with normal check-in routine until later in the booking and probably wouldn't do this again. Having to organise an exact time to check in, waiting out on the street before check in and and no-where to store luggage is not ideal."

"The hotel is in a good location, and the staff are mostly friendly. The room condition is clean and in reasonable condition. There are only two issues:
1) As I checked in at midnight, the staff on the evening shift told me the hotel doesn't provide slippers, even though I told her my colleague had just got a pair when she checked in in the afternoon. It is a bit inconvenience on the first night of stay until I finally got one from the staff in the day shift.
2) The water pressure of the shower...
