"Room was infested with moths. Breakfast menu stated back bacon but only served streaky which was more fat than meat, eggs were severely undercooked. Danielle at hotel reception was very helpful."

"Comfortable bed, friendly greetings on arrival, clean kitchen area and lots to offer for breakfast. Fridge in the room which is quiet unlike some places! Hairdryer, kettle and provisions in the room, plenty of plugs, touch bedside lamps, big TV screen, mirror, table and chairs sitting area by the window. Separate Shower rooms compact but very clean."

To Improve :- Do not use an Extention Lead for the Large TV - a hazard for guest to wheel the extension lead to a socket Drill the TV into the wall facing the double bed The chairs around the table looks like a meeting room - please remove and the office chair opposude the dressing table does not match. Decor is outdated. Perhaps antique decor as it would suit the hotel and buildings Cold table in bath is hard to turn Sink is blocked in bathroom...

"I had individual attention from Oliver and Peter. Very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. No meals, but there are options nearby."

"The room appeared to have not been cleaned after it's previous accounts. There was what looked like fecal matter on the toilet seat, bodily fluids on the bedding which definitely hadn't been changed and the room smelt like someone had been smoking, even though this is illegal. The staff didn't seem to care when we handed the keys back and left without even viewing another room. Do not stay here, do not give them your money. The environmental health should inspect and close them down."

"This property had recently changed hands and was under major renovation. The previous owners were still managing the hotel while this reconstruction was happening. They were anxious to be of service during this time. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and known locally as serving excellent Middle Eastern food. When complete, this location will probably become well recommended."

"The Grange 2 building should not be opened for guests during a heatwave. Before arriving I asked if they had fans/air con and I was told there would be fans in each room. We had no fan. When I called reception they seemed very frantic and said there were no additional fans to give. We had no windows either, we had a door but being on the ground floor facing the car park a lot of people were walking past the room. It was very stuffy and unpleasant. "Nice clean room, breakfast very poor for the cost and we paid for swimming access with the family only to be told that it was fully booked, free return pass but we're not local so requesting a refund."

"We booked a room for one of our engineers. When he arrived they were full booked and had no rooms available for our employee. They didn’t offer to help find him another hotel. We called them with the booking reference same one our employee had shown and still no room at the inn. Totality disappointed with the staff and hotel"
