"There were dog footprints that were stained into the freshly changed sheets on my bed when I entered the room. There were roaches in the room. the bed was sunken in, which makes clear that they do not ever rotate or replace the mattresses. The shower was a corner shower like the ones in an RV. The toilet flushed, but did not take the contents down with the water, thus flushing was a series of 4-5 flushes. The second floor walkways are crumbling, and severely slanted, which clearly demonstrates...

"It's a small, older private motel so were went in a bit skeptical, but we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was and we liked the fact that there was no carpet. It was clean and the owner was friendly."

"Clean room with AC unit. Close to restaurants and Sedona. Just a few minutes drive to Bell Rock and other hikes. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit too firm for me. "

"Good place to stay. The rooms are quite charming. Had an old nostalgic feel. The fridge, microwave, and TV were unplugged. I didn't realize the fridge was unplugged until the next morning so my drinks were not cold when I checked out. The main thing was the chirping birds at 6 am. They were loud and I couldn't sleep after they woke me up. All in all, nice place to stay and the staff was very friendly."
