"This was a great location for our first visit to NYC! The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were able to check in to one of our two rooms when we arrived at noon, which was wonderful after our red eye flight. The rooms were definitely on the small side but the beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, and they were cleaned every day, so they provided everything that we needed. We stayed on the top floor with a great view of the Empire State Building. Would definitely stay here...

"Although the room was clean, I think the filter in the a/c needed to be changed. I slept close to the A/C and I woke up with my eyes swollen. It wasn't the pillow or detergent used on the bed because I brought my own pillow. It was an allergy of some kind in the air."
