"Property was kinda dirty but room was clean and remodeled. Just wish they had housekeeping more then they did. Pool heater was not working so pool was cold but not a bad experience."

"No elevator and the front desk clerk offered no help when I told her I couldn’t haul luggage to 2nd floor myself (heart condition). She gave me a ground floor room but charged me extra for it. They had a guest washing machine but dryer was broken. In room, floors were not clean and toilet paper holder was missing. I’d recommend that you avoid this motel."

"Didnt get breakfast due to late check in (4am) and no sleep, so we just left early (11am), parking was fine. We did book for a jetted tub and did not get that, but after 20 minutes of calling the after hours number repeatedly just to get checked in i wasnt going to complain about that. I mentioned it in the morning, and the desk clerk (who was different) said she didn't put us in a jetted tub room, but my booking eas for one. Then he askwd if i was told about the pet fee, and i responded, "I...

"The property was amazing, great location, beautiful scenery and helpful staff. I just wish the 1 bedroom had a little more space, there was really no where to sit or hang if you wanted to regroup! It was great though, we will come back and just make sure to get a bigger room :) The staff was super sweet and helpful."

"it wasn't even the hotel I reserved. it was NOT an Americas best value hotel. Do you research on this place. it is an indigent hotel. Refund my money and apologize."

"This room at the entrance of Yellowstone was fantastic. Newly updated, loved the bear and moose decor. It had everything we needed, very clean, all windows in front to view any wildlife. The only negative was the bathroom sink was tiny and the faucet was in center and too big. Water splashed out when rinsing hands, washing face or brushing teeth. That being said can’t recommend this enough if your traveling to Gardiner, MT!"

"The room was a little dated but it was in excellent shape and very clean. The hotel has a coin operated laundry on site and a small gathering room which was nice. It was a good room, with a great view of the mountains!"
