"We had a two bedroom/two bathroom suite with a king bed in one room and two twin beds in another room for our children. Check in was very quick and easy. Our room on arrival wasn’t thoroughly cleaned but the issue was promptly fixed after speaking with the front desk (within 30minutes of bringing up the issue). The staff were super apologetic. Our view from our room was amazing. We a clear view of the pools below, Vinworld across the water, and the beach. If you have an ocean view room, it can be bit a noisey if the crowds are big outside. During the time we went, the VN team not only won against Thailand but also the southeast Asian cup so it was very loud and celebratory up until 3-4am. But other than those two nights, the noise level was very tolerable. However understand that this comes with the fact that it is located in a central location that is within walking distance to many things Daily housekeeping did a great job with refreshing towels and bedding and tidying the room. My daughter fell in love with the towel animal in the room so upon check out , we asked if we could purchase it for her. Instead the hotel gifted the towel animal to her and it honestly made her entire trip. She carried it all the way back to the states still has it intact. She loves it so much that will be bringing it in for show and tell at school and will be telling her class about her trip to VN and how she got her towel animal."

"I visited for the second time. I liked it so much on my first visit that this time I brought my son. There are no water play facilities or other attractions, but instead I think it offers greater peace, tranquility, and perfect healing. It seems I’ll be traveling to other countries and cities for the time being, but when I come to Vietnam next, I definitely plan to visit again, and I hope I’ll successfully book a villa garden view there. I highly recommend it as a really great place. I was grateful that the staff were very kind and provided professional service."

"We had a wonderful stay at Alma Resort. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and has so much to offer for families, but what really stood out to us was the exceptional staff and level of service throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were memorable, particularly at La Casa and Atlantis. Chef Binh, Dat, and Jack at Atlantis were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They took the time to come over personally, speak with our family, and check in to make sure we were enjoying everything. That level of hospitality and professionalism really made an impression on us. The food was also delicious and incredibly fresh, especially the seafood at Atlantis. Our entire family enjoyed our meals there so much. The guest services team (Mia) was so wonderful and helpful . She helped us throughout our stay with excursions, dinner reservations, and anything else we needed, which made our vacation very easy and relaxing. special."
