However, the condition of our bathroom does not match the 5-star "luxury" rating. The vanity and the bathroom door are basically covered by some adhesive materials. It feels like a 2-star hotel! The buffet breakfast is decent, offering a variety of choices. Nevertheless, I did expect more since it's a 5-star hotel. Overall, the hotel did not live up to my 5-star expectations! "

"The whole property was extremely clean. Front desk, restaurant, house keeping and all the other staff were excellent and very accommodated. We could not fault them. The restaurant food was the best ever."

"This so far has been the worst hotel during our long trip to Asia. The hotel is closed to a mosque and everyday we were woken up at 4:30 am during the praying call. It was not disclose to us and to anyone who is a light sleeper it was not so good. I didn’t have a good sleep for my tour the next day and end up with a huge migraine. The hotel does have a policy to charge you for extra towels. I’ve never been to a hotel that charges extra for towels!!!"
