"I have only negative about this hotel. You have to pass through the restaurant to go to and from the entrance to your room. The staff kept asking if I was there to dine every time I passed through. Otherwise, it was very clean and very well located. Most things were walkable."

"Lovely rooms with plenty of space, comfy seating and very comfy bed. Useful to have kettle, fridge and microwave. Aircon was not directly pointing to the bed so that was nice. Unusual position/ door to bathroom but not bad. As usual shower head was floppy but plenty of hot water. 10th floor cafe/pool was nice. Food etc was ok but service very slow. Location perfect for exploring near central area. Would recommend."

"I booked 3 rooms in this hotel for me and my sisters…we asked all 3 rooms to be on the same level and it’s no problem at all for the hotel…we had nice time and all the staff are very friendly and polite. We had a ‘bit’ of confusion at the end of our stay but Ken, the duty manager on the day had explained the confusion and he handled the minor incident very professionally. Thank you, Ken…you are an asset for Jambuluwuk Hotel Malioboro for your outstanding hospitality! All our rooms are clean and always have all the amenities. Nice location as it’s near Malioboro! "The location is excellent. But the hotel is not really up to Canadian standards. Poor water pressure and no hot water, not very clean. Stay if you aren’t picky and just need a place to sleep for a night. The staff was friendly. They provided toothbrushes, slippers, and water. "
