"Dieses Hotel hatte zum Zeitpunkt des Check-in einen Wasserschaden und kein Strom. Musste mir also ein anderes Hotel suchen. Bei der Stornierung bzw. Rückforderung musste ich feststellen, dass das Hotel eine Übernachtung (von geplanten 4 Nächten) einbehalten hat. Auch eine Reklamation über den Support von Hotels.com war leider nicht erfolgreich und es wurde zu diesem Vorfall nicht direkt oder nur ausweichend Stellung bezogen.
