"Our stay at the Mercure Ambassador in Hongdae was absolutely wonderful!! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect for conveninient subway and bus access. It took a little bit to familiarize ourselves with how to adjust the air conditioning to our preferences, but other than that everything was super easy to figure out and use. Would definitely stay there again, and we will for sure recommend this hotel to others looking for a place to stay on their visit to the country! โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…"
