"McKenzie on the night shift was very friendly.
Everything else about this stay was awful. The hotel smells terrible. I was put in a room where the ceiling was falling in, and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. I should have asked for a new one but it was 3:30 am and I was exhausted after blowing a couple of tires on the drive down.
In the morning, the front desk knocked on the door and said they had no record of me and I wasn't supposed to be in the room. When I went to check out, I...

"We stopped after a long day at Carowinds. We have 6 kids so we rented 2 rooms. Our room was clean but the kids room was terrible. There was cigarette ashes in the sink, hair in the shower and the bed was nasty. Breakfast was ok, but very messy."
