"Overall a bit disappointing. Upon arrival the car park entry and exit system was not working which caused issues. There were queues to check in. The room we had was always cold, with a broken unusable safe and a bed which had a large spring coming through the mattress. There was quite a bit of noise from weekend revellers outside which was loud even though we were on the fourth floor. The breakfast was okay but the cooked breakfast had no mushrooms. There were issues again upon departure with the car park exit barrier. I have stayed at Radisson hotels before and so my experience at the hotel in York was not how I had expected it to be. If staying in York again I would look for an alternative hotel."

"We upgraded at reception to a suite and had a nice sized room. Clean but maybe a little dated now. The bed was very comfy though and very quiet. Everything we needed in the room as well. The staff were brilliant and looked after bags etc before and after check in. A really nice stay for our Stendo weekend. Thank you. "

"Clean modern room. Decent size. Breakfast was average.... average quality products, powdered eggs. Parking is the only issue. 5 minute walk and not cheap at £28 overnight. Not the hotels fault for that but youd think in this modern era they'd negotiate a better rate."
