"Desde que llegamos nos entregaron una habitación completamente sucia, fuimos a recepción y tuvieron que cambiarnos la habitación y cuando entramos a la otra habitación, la habitación olía a moho y tenía las sábanas sucia y llamamos a recepción para que nos cambiaran las sábanas y nos dijeron que no es posible, la cual tuvimos que abandonar el hotel por mal higiene"
