"From the initial check in to check out the hotel and staff were amazing! The hotel was extremely clean and tidy with marvellous Yorkshire hospitality. The bedrooms were very spacious and clean with wonderful bathrooms, a large shower plus a roll top bath. The bar was very well equipped and the restaurant was very good. As we travelled up on the train, the location was exceptional, it was just next to the train station. There was an ample car park."

"The hotel was very nice, staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and had a lot of amenities but the only thing was extracted fan wasn't working right and was very noicey. Breakfast was lovely. Right across from the Minster and few minutes walk from Shambles."

"The hotel is centrally located, perfect for all the shops and restaurants. Our twin rooms were modern, clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was copious with a good selection of hot and cold food. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."
