Reception staff were wonderful nothing was too much at all, special thanks to one of the ladies I didn’t catch her name! my stay was just brilliant and the bed was the comfiest Iv ever slept on (I stay in a lot of hotels) ! Will definitely stay again next time I visit Leeds! Thanks for making my stay faultless ❤️❤️"

"Hotel was lovely, but it really was a 5 minute walk to our room- it was quite far if you are unable to walk for long. Staff was nice, great location for anyone on a weekend away!"

"The hotel was in a fab location to the function we attended had 2 night stay ,just off the motorway, beds were comfortable, however the room had a strange smell, the cosmetic mirror and toilet roll holders were broken, bathroom door only closed if it was lifted up,, , plenty of parking spaces which is £4 per day,"

"Lovely, clean room. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. Very central location within walking distance to all of York’s attractions. Also within walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. Can’t recommend enough."
