"Room was ok but not refreshed daily. The staff were friendly and wanted you to have a good stay. Didn't like that residents had to pay parking."

"Couldn’t check in online as website kept crashing so long wait to check in on arrival although I have to say staff are very pleasant & efficient.
Bed wasn’t made when we gained access to our room but was quickly sorted.
Bed was small double (very small) but not the staffs fault. "
