"An excellent location right in the heart of the city centre. Full of character my room was spacious and had everything I needed. My stay was enhanced by Caroline at check in who delivered brilliant customer service from beginning until the end of my stay. She was helpful initially with parking advice and luggage store then offered useful hints/tips throughout my stay."

"The hotel was spotless and the staff really helpful. The food was good, we both had steak which was tender and delicious. The only down side was that there were no drawers in the room to put clothes, lots of hanging space but nowhere for undies etc."

"The only negative thing about this hotel is the parking. The rooms are nice, the restaurant has a decent menu, (no cash, though, only credit cards). But the parking situation is not great. Only 2 handicap parking spots. For a hotel this size, that’s ridiculous."
