"It's a small lovely hotel. The staffs are nice but they dont speak much English. If you need pick up at train station, call them ahead. They dont answer emails or dont often check messages thru 3rd party. We booked thru Expedia, sent multiple messages, waited for 2 months, no responded. Luckily my cousin was in Tokyo for 3 months of work and she called the hotel for me. Many thanks to the driver. He waited for us at train station very late at night. The food was very good. But the place it fantastic, it is so beautiful cover in snow breakfast and dinner are all inclusive, I didn't know until I find the place to eat . You need to mark advance booking, that all. If receptionist can information me that... I give 100% recommend but from my struggles it now 98% lol cuz the place is amazing. PS it very big. Food is very authentic not tourist style"

"We had a 16 days Minakani Onsen trip, staying in 6 different hotels. We stayed at Hotel Lomosa for 3 nights in total. We had clean, big and two queen size beds room, with buffet breakfast included. Excellent staff provided great service. The buffet was nice and thoughtful. The onsen quality and bathing area are totally acceptable! The owner drove us between hotel and train station was greatly appreciated! We wish Lomosa the best!!!"
