"Overall, the hotel was nice but we most likely will not book again. There were not much activities on schedule, they can transport you to their sister resort for the parties but return window was not friendly. I don’t like the idea of having to be stuck somewhere for hours at a time. The elite club was a joke, we were better off booking the regular rooms, the very few perks offered were not worth the cost. Food overall was good for an all inclusive, no real complaints there. The elite club breakfast and room service menu was boring and subpar. We were better off eating at the buffet for breakfast and lunch, There was a strong sewage smell in the main lobby/bar area that was seemed to linger for the entire 6 days we were there. You see what the vision was for the resort, it just fell short…"

"Everything was perfect about the resort except the check in .. it seemed as if one of the ladies wanted to give me a hard time during checking in and was very inconsiderate/rude.. but after I went to another lady that checked me in, everything else was good after that .. also wish that the premier people wasn’t there because it’s kinda intimidating "

"Let me start with the check in line, it was horrible. We waited in line for about an hr, and im not exaggerating. I payed through expedia for a ocen view room. I had the pool view with a sliver of ocen view, they said as long as you can see the ocean, its ocean view. Staff told me if i wanted ocean view i would have to pay for a ocean front room. After i pleaded my case the manager did put me at 50% ocean view. The rooms, pool and building was clean and the staff was nice. The gym is very limited, but i was glad they had dumbells and a bench. We only had the breakfast package and the food was good. Checkout was fast. Just make sure you choose ocean front if you wana see the full ocean view. "

"Food was not good, not enough variety. Some of the staff were very rude when you asked them something.No entertainment pretty boring. Our fridge didn’t work , hair dryer didn’t work asked to replace it and they never did, safe didn’t work . We did have a nice view but honestly the hotel is old and it could use a renovation."

"The grounds were amazing and we loved the animals that roamed everywhere. Very fun! Our room was clean and well maintained. We even had a minor issue with our ac and it was handled promptly with no issues after. Being able to snorkle everywhere on the property was great! We enjoyed the proximity to Xplor and Xcaret! "

"The property is immaculate. Very well kept, extremely clean and staff was extremely helpful in all matters. The food....well, your not going to starve, plenty of food but keep a open mind, its different than the states, not bad just different."
