"O hotel é ótimo, próximo a Quinta Avenida onde há grande comércio, ao Walmart e rodoviária. O quarto é grande e confortável, os funcionários são gentis, com um sorriso no rosto para lhe atender, dispostos a ajudar. A área de lazer é muito boa, com atividades diversas e recreação. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Tem uma cafeteria bem gostosa que fica aberta até as 23 horas. Porém, Praia del Carmen não tem mar azul"

"Very clean, Serenity experience was well worth the extra money. Staff were super attentive, lots of stuff to do even in off season, and food was amazing! Loved all the pools too. Only negative was putrid smell of sargassum, which can’t be helped in this region. Will definitely return!"
