Secrets The Vine Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"I have stayed at several Secrets locations, and this is a nice hotel, however it wasn't my favorite. The view from the room was nice with a balcony. I guess the high-rise atmosphere was a surprise to us and not that appealing. The staff were nice and attentive. The food wasn't as impressive as other locations. Limited choices for breakfast, buffet only. I had to ask several times for a birthday banner. Lastly, you had to get up really early to find a lounge chair. "

AVA Resort Cancun - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"My family and I had a wonderful experience here, the staff were all excellent at thier jobs, rooms are always clean, the restaurants were great too. We plan to visit again. "

Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort
2/10 Terrible
"BEWARE- half of family of 13 got food poisoning at this Hilton. We have traveled to many all inclusives in Mexico and experienced this. The management said they’d look into it but filed no report and just ignored our situation. All ages throwing up and having to stay in bed for 24 hours. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely and staff friendly. P.S. my wife’s a nurse and helped a stranger in the hallway who also has a sudden onset of vomiting, so we were not the only guests ill. "

Occidental Costa Cancún All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"All meals are eaten in the buffet. Even though there are 3 other restaurants on the property you have to make a reservation and those are limited based on how many nights you are staying. While making a reservation she will try to get you to go to their sister location and listen to an hour plus long presentation. The property and beach area is small. I liked the evening shows and activities throughout the day. We always seemed to be able to find a lounge chair by the pool or the beach. Our room was cleaned daily. You basically get what you pay for."

Seadust Cancún Beach Resort All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Would say this is a good budget hotel when traveling with small kids under 10. The water park kept our 4 and 6 yo. entertained most of the days during our 7 day stay. The playroom is very limited and would not keep older kids entertained more than a couple of hours. This hotel lacks in entertainment for guests. We have stayed at many Cancun hotels that have shows, music etc. throughout the property/pools and not much here. They have a theater tha "

Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
8/10 Good
"We had a Junior Suite Double Beachfront with a king bed and full bed. We really liked being able to walk out directly to the beach. The room was spacious enough for a family of 4.
We only tried the italian restaurant and were not impressed, but we enjoyed the buffet restaurant (especially for breakfast!). They had vegetarian options every day, though I think they could have offered a couple more options.

Excellence Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"I have been here several times now. Here’s what sets excellence apart from other resorts: wide range of quality, restaurants, including Indian and Teppanyaki; high quality alcohol included, including 1921 tequila cream that is hard to find outside of Mexico; two story rooftop suite is fantastic; Excellence Club services (if you choose a room in that section) are very good. New reservations needed for restaurants, and all of them are included. The beach is large and sandy, not rocky. There’s a lazy river as well. "

Temptation Cancun Resort All Inclusive - Adults Only

"Fun as always "

Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas - Adults Only- All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"The location of this resort is great if you want to walk into town and explore. They also have a great beach area with staff cleaning any seaweed that floats to shore. Service for drinks was hit or miss and unfortunately we had a miscommunication of sorts with a staff member which made the day unpleasant. Staff at the coffee shop were fantastic! Food was okay. We had been to this resort 3 years prior and the Specialty Restaurants offered a better menu back then than they do now. The room service menu is also lacking and we felt the resort cleanliness overall has also gone downhill since the last time we visited this resort. If we had to choose between this resort and the sister Riu Palace Kukulkan Adults All Inclusive we would choose Riu Palace Kukulkan. "
