"We were celebrating our 13th Anniversary and asked for a small gesture to be made to the room and nothing was done. I am a Gold member for Hilton, requested early check in and nothing was done.
Staff was very helpful and kind! But the hotel for being a Hilton was not up to par. Food in the lobbies, sand in the elevators and the rooms were cleaned only once. Pool area was neat but not spacious. The hotel sells you on 13 but it’s one large pool and a kids area. The kids zone was not good nor had options.
I did not like the fact that I paid extra for “Enclave” and the additional amenities were not explained nor are worth the value. The staff per department didnt communicate well which added extra frustration to all issues. I booked a tour via the hotel and the staff did not notify of a price change due to how they charge the dollar and felt taken advantage of. No remorse nor adequate refund. This was really uncomfortable and very inconvenient as I was with my family.
Overall we enjoyed our stay due to our family memories, but would not visit again.
The host Santos, Antonio from the pool area are amazing and treated my kids amazing. Highly recommend these individuals and hope they are valued. They made our trip fun!
Leiner at the Spa was amazing. My wife and I had massages and enjoyed every bit. "
