"The resort is great for familles, especially the 2 bedroom units—but the 3 stars is for the food which was mediocre at best. The best part of the food was the snacks left each day in our room. Staff at the front are very, very pushy in check in and again at check out with trying to get you to buy a return package—No was not the correct answer even after being given multiple times! We also only arrived with 3 adults instead of 4 as reserved due to illness and while we understood somewhat to...

"The hotel did not have any of the fun activities mentioned in the informational video in the tv. Also if you want to sit in the cabanas right by the pool that has a swim up bar you need to pay/buy a bootle service otherwise you can’t seat there. The food was bland. The pool upstairs was half empty and the one on the other side was closed. Overall this hotel was boring and empty, it didn’t have a lot of guests and now I know why. I will not stay here again."
