"Excellent location very close to the airport, they provide a free shuttle which is helpful. They also provide amenities like face cleanser and moisturizer that we appreciated. Room was a good size for 3 people as well"

"Good hotel to stay on your last day before leaving Japan and you can also have some nice beach view and hotel is located in pretty convenient spot that you can also go do shopping and bowling and everything is closer.they also provide airport shuttle from early morning which is a plus. Pretty good place."

"Perfect for Solo travelers. 7/11 on 4th floor, 2 restaurants and bars if hit with a lazy or rainy day. Smart TVs, ice, water microwaves on floors are convenient. It’s a Japanese hotel so yes they are small but you need to learn how to utilize the design and layout to optimize your space and it’s perfect. Near everything and did I mention the view from the rooftop!"

"Awesome hotel! If you are looking for some 100% Japanese this isn’t that, as I think it is a Thai brand, but it was EXTREMELY user friendly for American’s first go in Japan. The staff is exceptional, I cannot stress this enough. This is not an Ai review, I’m a normal bro from Oregon, USA. My biggest recommendation is to pay for the Club Level amenities. Was that expensive and it was truly hard to believe how amazing it was. My wife and I immediately started the process of booking a trip to Bangkok to stay at another Centara Grand property, which I think might be the best compliment a hotel chain can get. 5/5 stars. 10/5 stars for the hospitality. Kudos"

"Breakfast is only included for one person when booking not for an extras person. The food is alright . If you have picky eaters ( kids ). I’ll recommend you , just to go buy food outside or buy a one day breakfast to give it a try , instead of paying for your whole duration in advance."

"Stayed on 17th floor facing airport, amazing views, great amenities, a massive hotel with normal big hotel amenities (laundry service only). Comfortable beds and pillows. One downside was walls between rooms super thin, lady in room next door coughed all night long 😞, limited sleep had."
