"Lovely resort with great amenities—including Wi-Fi—in an otherwise remote area. Other National Parks often have only rustic accommodations, but all of the hotels in Death Valley—the Inn, the Ranch, and Stove Pipe Wells were nice. Lots of food options, huge pool at the Ranch, cute ice cream parlor, very close to visitors center and Zabriski point. Fyi gas in Stove Pipe Wells was cheaper, and very close to the dunes. "Large property and services campers and mostly families. Convenient to many Death Valley sites. Stars three nights. Two nights would have been sufficient but one day allowed for reset and next stop. Beautiful national park, area seemed safe. The adjacent in. Is double the price but worth a decent cocktail and change of scenery. Traveled in April and conditions were perfect."
