"Property was in an easily accessible location. Room was nice and clean, bed and shower were great. Nice breakfast as well. There was the pet cockatoo that kept us company outside of his cage and just pooped on the floor as we were eating in the breakfast space. Unsanitary! Perhaps due to the name I was expecting a more hotel like environment when in fact these are rooms in a house. Did not have a “suite” feel at all. Patio was also communal and you have to exit the front door of your room...

"Great location and well appointed rooms. Close to the bus station which we had to use. The front desk staff were very helpful and eager to help. We dined in the hotels restaurant and were pleasantly surprised how good the food was and how reasonably priced. I would stay there again. Robert"

"The positive is the location is hard to beat and the directions sent were a big help. The negative would be that it would be nice of there was a coffee or bottle of water to help start you off available and the shower spray head bracket was broken on the shower wall. Overall a decent place in a prime location. "

"The hotel is located in a residetual suberb and not very convenient for facilities considerering the hotel kitchen does not operate on Sundays. The reception staff when we arrived were very helpful, and the staff in the bar and restaurant on the night were great. Our dinner was superb value for money. "I truly enjoyed my stay. Please keep in mind there is a smoke lounge downstairs so the smell can reach in sometimes. But they were super accommodating in switching me and it didn't happen again. They were super pet friendly and I really think they do a thorough job of scrubbing down the rooms and kitchen between uses. I will be back!!!!!"

"Excellent location as it was an easy walk to the centre of Zagreb but bus and tram options were also available. It benefited from very friendly and helpful staff. It was of a pretty basic quality but represented good value for money. Although close to the road noise was not an issue. I would be happy to stay here again if passing through Zagreb. "
