"Hotel entspricht nicht der Beschreibung! Kein 5 Sterne Hotel! Frühstück mittelmässig, Bedienung schlecht, muss immer wieder selbst angesprochen werden. Keine aktive Bestellaufnahme, Tische werden nicht aufgedeckt und abgeräumt, Sessel und Tische nicht gereinigt. Büffet immer erst nach nachfrage aufgefüllt, zb. Gläser, ect....."

"The property was nice and the entrance was welcoming. The staff were attentive and ensured the stay was a good as it should be. The issues lay with the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the rooms. They did not replace tea/coffee amenities or repair elements even once we have complained. Lovely hotel yet could be improved."

"The kitchen and breakfast staff were awesome especially Abderazak, the cleaning staff was lovely. However, there was no Toothpaste in the room, no body wash, only hand wash. There was also no robe for the pool as well as no first aid box as someone in the group was ill over night and the front desk said there wasn't any first aid box. The breakfast had birds and that wasn't sanitary. "

"L’hôtel est clairement vieillissant et ne correspond pas au standing attendu. Malgré plusieurs demandes formulées auprès du service clientèle, rien n’a réellement été pris en compte. Seul point positif : les femmes de ménage, qui ont été adorables et professionnelles. En revanche, le reste du personnel s’est montré peu aimable, peu attentif et parfois désagréable. Une expérience globalement décevante."

"Amazing riad, 5 minute walk from the centre and 10 minutes from the souks."

"Lovely riad, just outside the medina. Rooftop breakfast was divine as was the whole experience. The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful, nothing was too much for them (I would give 6 or 7 stars if possible). The room, though small, had everything we needed (air-con a must!!!). My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our stay."
