"Very courteous staff and a decent location. I am not sure if it's due to the heating in the bathroom or the heavy weather, there was too much condensation and water was collecting at the bathroom window. Not a trouble, but may a problem the hotel can fix. Best stay at Brussels.."

"Appears to be predominantly a business hotel. However, Reception and cleaning staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. There are a few cafes for breakfast within walking distance but not much in the way of restaurants nearby for an evening meal. We tended to walk into the historic centre to eat in the evening. We ate breakfast in the hotel on our last morning and it was plentiful and delicious. "

"Nice hotel and good location but a bit dated with uncomfortable bed and no room service after midnight which is absurd for a hotel of this size and stature. Walls also paper thin so you can hear your neighbors talking or crying etc. staff doesn’t ask how your stay was on departure "

"My family of four (two adults, two kids aged 12 & 15), stayed here for two nights and it was perfect! We were in a room with one king bed & two twin beds. The room itself had skylight-style windows that open, and a rooftop balcony. The hotel is very modern, bright, beautifully furnished, very clean, and immaculately decorated. We took advantage of the breakfast offered by the hotel and it was definitely worth it - a very large selection of hot & cold foods with options for everyone. The location...

"We had a nice stay over the weekend, our room was spacious and had good amenities, we always appreciate having a kettle in the room as my husband & like our hot drinks. It was very accessible and near the main parts of Brussels as advertised! We also had a little flood in our bathroom after using the big shower, really good pressure but the drain wasn’t quite working properly and the receptionist were quick to respond and help us - was easily sorted! "
