"The biggest highlight of this hotel is its location. It was within easy walking distance of shopping, sightseeing, plenty of dining options, and the train station, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. That convenience is the main reason I'm giving it 4 stars. The hotel itself is modern and well maintained. However, we didn't care for the room design. The shower and toilet were enclosed with frosted glass. While you couldn't actually see through it, it still felt like there was very little privacy, which made the layout uncomfortable for us. Housekeeping could also be improved. During our stay, the shower soap wasn't refilled after the room was cleaned, which was an inconvenience. Finally, I booked through Expedia and have status that included a hotel perk, but nothing was offered or acknowledged during our stay. Overall, the excellent location outweighed the negatives, but there are a few service and design issues that kept this from being a 5-star experience."

"Very nice, clean hotel. Excellent location near many shopping a dining options. Hotel is very modern. Comfortable beds. Small but highly functional bathooom. The complimentary breakfast was excellent A few negatives. Rooms were quite small. Not a lot of room. We arrived on a hot day and my wife wanted some water. The hotel kiosk charge 4.5ā¬ for a small bottle of water."
