Awesome stay! Location couldn't be better – right next to the cable car. Room was clean and comfy, staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast hit the spot with plenty of options. Free parking was a nice bonus. Totally worth it, would definitely come back!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay. The room was cozy, spotless, and had a beautiful view of the slopes. The staff were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help us with dinner reservations and activity tips. The hot chocolate by the fireplace in the lobby was a perfect touch after a day outdoors. It all felt welcoming, uncomplicated, and comfortable. We’d happily return.

We had a difficult time locating the hotel due to the name confusion. On Expedia it is known as King Maker Grand but the Didi app recognized it as Hautian Hotel. This hotel is in a great location with stores and dining options available near by. The staff was very nice and always available. We picked the Superior double room, balcony, city view. The balcony was not accessible to us, city view but no real access to the balcony (just fyi). The restaurants were also a great option to have, we did not get to try it out. The gym was lackluster. The picture that is on Expedia does not look like the gym equipment that we saw. There were machines missing and needing some updates on the outdated equipment. Also, they offer laundry service and it was a bit pricey compared to everywhere else we got laundry service in China. But if you don’t care about the gym nor laundry, this is the place for you! We had a great stay overall. Thank you

The hotel is clean and so as the room. The staff specially crystal helped us a lot and send us airport transfer when we came. She’s very accommodating and nice she deserve a pay rise. The hotel is near the tianmen bus ride just around the corner. There’s also lots of restaurants near the area. Only 10 mins. Away to the airport. The breakfast has lots of choices and nice noodles.

It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us.

Le matin avant de partir visiter les sites, nous avons pu commander un café au hall. Le petit‑déjeuner mélange plats chinois et quelques mets européens, il y a de quoi satisfaire tout le monde. L’emplacement est pratique pour prendre des taxis vers les sites touristiques. Attention, aux heures de sortie le hall peut être assez bondé et il faut un peu attendre son véhicule. Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne adresse pour découvrir la région.

L’hôtel se situe dans une zone animée, à quelques minutes à pied de nombreux petits restaurants typiques. Nous avons passé une soirée à goûter la cuisine locale puis nous sommes rentrés sans problème. Le lit est extrêmement moelleux, ce qui nous a permis de récupérer de nos longues marches. Le personnel de la réception est patient, il a répondu à toutes nos questions sur les horaires des transports.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec ma compagne pour explorer les montagnes de Zhangjiajie. Quand nous sommes revenus épuisés après une journée de randonnée, la chambre était fraîche et bien entretenue. Le personnel nous a même donné des bouteilles d’eau supplémentaires gratuitement, car nous allions partir très tôt le lendemain matin pour les sites touristiques. Les sanitaires sont très propres, la douche fonctionne parfaitement. Petit défaut : certains luminaires dans la chambre sont un peu anciens. Le petit‑déjeuner est copieux, on trouve des spécialités locales que nous avons beaucoup aimées.

L’emplacement est vraiment pratique, on peut aller facilement vers les centres commerciaux et les restaurants locaux. Après une longue randonnée dans les montagnes, c’était très agréable de rentrer dans une chambre propre et bien chauffée. La salle de bain est moderne, l’eau chaude arrive tout de suite. Nous avons demandé de changer les serviettes, c’était fait en quelques minutes. Petit point négatif : la fenêtre donne sur la rue, on entend un peu le bruit des voitures le soir. Je recommande vivement pour les voyageurs qui veulent du confort sans dépenser trop.
