"The bath tub that can be filled with the hot spring water was very nice to enjoy after our daughter went to bed. We enjoyed the breakfast and drink options, and the playroom next door. If you're not a local, the staff couldn't speak English, but one of us could communicate in Mandarin so we were fine. We would recommend to other families with young children."

"客房乾淨，寬敞明亮。飯店內備有游泳池，季節性開放。頂樓有兒童遊戲區，非常適合親子同樂。這次住宿的早餐是套餐形式，分量非常充足之外口味也不錯。飯店地理位置距離二結火車站步行約10分鐘，自行開車的話也備有停車位。唯一美中不足的是，洗澡時浴室的排水管一開始有濃烈的硫化氫氣味(臭雞蛋味)，不過通風系統良好，個人並沒有感到不適。"

"職員很有人情味，房間很大，日式房間很有感，房內的溫泉浴缸很大，一定要到男女分開既大眾浴場，很多不同的項目，例如有3個不同溫度的溫泉池、桑拿浴室、有一間專門用粗鹽去死皮嘅空間、強力水柱空間，有一個面向溪流嘅戶外休息地方，衛生情況很好，會令人感覺心情十分放鬆，另外有很多台北市區本地人到此處浸溫泉。唯一要注意係沒有升降機，但職員會幫手拎上房間。"
