"Overall, a very pleasant experience staying at Novotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even offering late check out, uninitiated by me, at no extra cost. I would definitely pay the extra for the second floor rooms (deluxe room and above). The increase in price is relatively minor, and the privacy and views from your balcony is well worth it. I would be wary of the restaurant, however. I ordered pasta that had a broken, oily sauce, and a creme brulee that was obviously baked...

"Very good hotel and location. Parking is secure. Hotel rooms are clean. Temp in the room was 16 Deg C and the thermostat did not work. The bath is nice but the water seeps below the shoeer glass all across the bath. The door security chain lock is installed incorrectly. When you open the door, the chain comes off. Basic maintenance i s lacking."

"I was initially in another, similarly priced, hotel in Suva that was so unpleasant I decided to move. Capricorn was such a relief - the room is spacious, bright, well layed out and the view is spectacular. It was great to have an outdoor porch and to have the opportunity to prepare simple meals. "Very good hotel ,staff very good , On arrival , fridge not working , fridge replaced . Aircon was dripping water as the discharge hose was leaking . Room was changed . Very happy with the service and staff . Kitchen very clean nice breakfast ."
