"This resort was horrible! Went for boyfriend’s birthday and was never able to use any of the pools including the swim out I paid for! The swim out pool had algae and was never cleaned until the last night we were there! There was vomit in the adult pool and the beach is not swim able! The staff never responded to our requests! The blinds were broken I had to use my hair clip for privacy and the food was terrible!"

"I had a fantastic experience at Suites Lomboy & Plaza. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and easy. The suites are spacious, super clean, and very comfortable — more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The bed was great, the AC worked perfectly, and having a kitchenette was a huge plus.
