"The food was fabulous! The staff courteous, kind, friendly! Our activities coordinators, Angel, Urial, and Sebastion were enthusiastic, fun and friendly! Our waiter by the pool, Ismael, was always smiling, attentive and kind! Our waiter in the restaurant with the buffet, Victor, made my mornings with his cheery smile! The rooms were not very clean. There was something sticky on the floor that stayed there for the whole time we had the room. The whole hotel needs repairs, it has seen better...

"This is a great property located in a safe area. We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. The property has direct access to the beach walk, along with a separate adult pool and a general public pool. We loved dining at Moskito The Grill and Japanese Ayami. While the buffet food was good, the service from the waitstaff could be improved. This might have been influenced by the excellent service we received from the Moskito The Grill staff.
