"We stayed at Hyatt Ziva for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was such a happy and wonderful experience.
When we arrived, Alfonso helped us with check-in, and we were so grateful for how kind and thoughtful he was. He understood exactly what we needed and made everything very easy and comfortable for us.
Our concierge, Adrian, took care of everything we needed from the beginning to the end of our stay. Thanks to his attentive help and perfect arrangements, we were able to enjoy our vacation without any inconvenience at all. He continued to look after us with such care until the day we left.
The hotel facilities were very clean and well organized, which we really appreciated. We also traveled with our young grandchildren, and we loved that the hotel atmosphere and all the facilities were very family-friendly.
One small downside was that the rooms located in shaded areas felt quite humid because of the moisture. It would be even better if there were a better ventilation system to help reduce the humidity.
We are so thankful to both Adrian and Alfonso for making our stay so special. If anyone plans to visit Los Cabos, we will definitely recommend Hyatt Ziva, and we will absolutely come back to Hyatt Ziva ourselves!"
