Swim out rooms in Altitude are awkward to get to the lounge chairs - need to go through the pool or climb up from the other side. Food and sevice in Altitude restaurants was excellent. "

"This was our first time at this property. We had an oceanfront room in the Reserve section (Building #3). It was a rocky start due to the fact that they tried to put us in building #4 which is not oceanfront or Reserve. However, when we explained our frustration, they found a room in the right building. The resort is beautiful and the service was great. We loved the multiple options for dining and the food was good. The restaurant in the Reserve section was terrific! Best breakfast! We also loved that it had a small swimmable beach. I would definitely return."
