"Staying at this location was the worst decision. My sister and I planned for our husband’s a Father’s Day weekend for the pool walk out room. The pool area to our room was nasty and dirty. The room smelled of mildew. No hot water one day for me and the next day no hot water for my sister’s room. TV remote didn’t work and it took maintenance over an hour to come check. Went to take shower and no wash cloths. Called and called front desk and no one would answer so husband went to the front desk....
