"The view from the room directly overlooked the Teatro Al Massimo. The sunsets were amazing and the room could not have been cleaner. Gianni waited over an hour for us to accommodate our early check-in. Snacks and coffee were stored in the kitchen for our use and the room was quiet— two floors above ground floor. Initially difficult to find, driving in was a very tight squeeze with a mid-sized SUV, but once we were in, we found the office and gate no problem, and the staff were very helpful. I believe the owner's name is Guila - she is extremely accommodating, hard-working, and prepares a full breakfast with eggs, fruit, pasties, etc for all of the guests every morning. "The hotel is good but has no atmosphere the staff don’t go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. It’s just a job to them. I wouldn’t stay there again even though the accommodation was good it was just unwelcoming to us. Breakfast typically Italian nice choice of cold meat and cheese and sweets. There was no directory to contact the front desk or housekeeping when we ran out of toilet paper we tried 0 and 1 no answer definitely the staff need to brighten up and show some enthusiasm."

"Whilst very excited to stay in what looks amazing in the pictures, sadly the reality was not to be. The kettle had green stains at the bottom, couldn’t use that as not clean. Went to run the bath and the water smelt stagnant, the jets in the bath were missing parts, the shower spilt water from above as was not maintained.
