"The property did not have appropriate cooling. We were provided with a basement room, which was NOT advertised on the listing. It had no cooling apart from a small fan, which did not cool the apartment at all. We did not sleep both of the nights as the room was too hot and could not be cooled. There were a couple of windows but they were at street level, which meant if we opened them, people could see in. It was too hot outside to open the windows."

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"On arrival it seemed a little small compared to the picture but actually it suited our needs perfectly. It was clean, the shower was amazing, they had a cupboard where you could refill your coffee pods (yes they had a decent coffee machine with pods included!). The kitchenette was tiny yet perfect with everything you could want, a double ring hob, fridge, and built-in dishwasher which was one of the drawers in the kitchen unit and everything was in great condition and well looked...
