"The property did not have appropriate cooling. We were provided with a basement room, which was NOT advertised on the listing. It had no cooling apart from a small fan, which did not cool the apartment at all. We did not sleep both of the nights as the room was too hot and could not be cooled. There were a couple of windows but they were at street level, which meant if we opened them, people could see in. It was too hot outside to open the windows."

"Nice room and nice location. However, room promised free toiletries, AC, tea and coffee facilities, and there was none. The shower/sink design was also so small in our particular room you could hardly get in the shower! Please note, you can’t access rooms anytime before 3pm as there room code doesn’t work until 3 on the dot!"

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"The apartment is clean, quite big with 2 Bedrooms and bathrooms and suitable for a group of four. Location near to train station only need to walk about 8 minutes if you bring suitcase. The check in time too strict and we cannot request early check in but overall we satisfied with the apartment. "
