"The hotel was fine, but not great. It took about 30+ minutes to check in. There was only one staff at reception handling more than 15 people waiting. Also, no one gave instructions on how to use the lift with the hotel key. It was fine, but I did not enjoy the experience."

"First class hotel with excellent facilities. Good location close to a tram stop. Wonderful selection at breakfast. Thoughtful little things like free ice lollies during the heat wave which coincided with our stay. The staff were particularly helpful."

"Seems new. Has great lively interiors with spacious rooms. Front desk wasn't as helpful and despite asking twice our request wasn't addressed. Had to ask the staff multiple times to get it addressed. Location is a bit off from the station and the walk while short isn't pleasant."
