"Perfekte Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück. Etwas Abseits in einem Industriegebiet aber mit der Bahn ist alles schnell und einfach erreichbar. Besonders toll fanden wir die kostenfreien Leihräder und die Karten für die Kunstausstellung. Erwähnenswert sind auch die schönen großen Fenster die sich per Knopfdruck, auch in den oberen Etagen, öffnen lassen. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen."

"The staff went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Melanie, Briano, Gabriele, Veronica and Haidar were kind and always very helpful. Always greeted us with a smile. The room was small but very clean, the air conditioning kept the room as cool as we wanted it to be, the location of the hotel can not be beat. The bus station and train station where all of our tours started were in close walking distance. We would stay here next time without a doubt. We didn't eat breakfast there...

"This was a short stay. Though the online registration didn't work until I called, they helped me promptly and it was fine. Everything else was great. Make sure you have a working phone, you mustuse it at several stages to get to your room."

"While the room was considered well equipped, there were essential items missing in the room as a hotel rental. There were NO face cloths, no shelves or hooks in the bathroom. There were only 2 cloth hangers. No cleaning or replacing towels for a 4 day stay (even it is what was advertised). Why can't short term stay like us use the laundry machines while long term (29 days+) can. The location is excellent, very convenient. If these shortcomings are still there, I may not book this hotel again."

"Boutique & Art Hotel Helvetia felt like the perfect stop in Zurich. Just a short walk from the train station, with easy access to shopping, cafés, and restaurants, the location made exploring effortless. The hotel absolutely lives up to its name. Art everywhere, full of personality, quirky in the best possible way, and unlike any standard hotel experience. I stayed in one of the attic apartments and honestly did not want to leave my room. It was one of the most unique and memorable hotel rooms...
