"Great location right near restaurant and internally connected with Novotel . Rooms are pretty basic with not very good air conditioning. , toilet seat is quite high so tricky with kids. Sink’s outside the bathroom and the shower’s got a glass door right in the room zero privacy, really awkward setup. No kettle for tea and no ironing allowed in the room . Wouldn’t choose it again."

"Stayed there in August, 2026. Staff was helpful in getting a portable fan as there is no AC in the hotel . Room was perfect except that they don’t have microwaves like they do in USA. Overall it was a v good experience. Tram station is v nearby"

"We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. It’s minimal but everything is well thought out and super clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable — because we were on the top floor we even had AC! The location was super convenient too, with transit, groceries, and many great restaurants just steps away."
