I can’t speak to the comfort of the beds as I travel with a topper. The beach area, pool area, and beachside restaurant definitely need an upgrade and an update. The wicker chairs are peeling, the pool loungers are stained and the cushions are thin. The few chairs actually on the beach are so uncomfortable that I was tempted to walk down the beach and pay for a better chair. As this is a beach resort in a beach town, it would be great if the hotel would invest in these upgrades."

"Lovely location in Sanur by the beach and great staff. The room was super clean but smaller than expected for delux booking. The small area to sit out was not so relaxing as not private to passers by. The breakfast was very busy but I think this was because renovations were taking place when we visited. The pool was lovely but not always easy to get a spot."
