"Great staff and location, but needs upkeep. The Good: Fantastic location and lovely, helpful staff. Facilities: The property is in need of maintenance. Only having one lift causes noticeable delays. Breakfast: Needs serious improvement. It ’s a shame to be in the land of wonderful bread, cheese, charcuterie, and lemons, yet find none of them on the table. The Garden: A lovely space overall, though the siren sculpture is an unfortunate eyesore."
