"The linen was stained. Bathroom for did not work properly. A chair and the soft bed had a distinct odor. The chair was stained as well. While checking in the front deck person. Stop checking me in to help someone else that was there after me. I thought well thats rude. There were no instructions ..."

"The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were clean and huge. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was a full size shower and counter, which is not common in Europe. Breakfast was good and so was lunch using room service. We would definitely want to stay here again."

"The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ..."
