Loved everything about this Hotel, room was absolutely nice and comfortable, very clean. Staff very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, smooth check-in and check-out, the shopping and dining was great as well, especially the hidden bar. Will definitely come back and stay again.

The floors had never been mopped, the door was broken, the toilet was constantly running, the water pressure was terrible.
