Amenities were great and the rooms were really nice and clean and even requests about events were helpful Only wish the wifi was better didn’t get much signal inside and wifi wouldn’t connect most of the time. Overall great experience

The ice machine was broken from floors 51-54 and our phone didn’t work in my suite. Went to talk to the concierge and they took good care of us and brought up 2 buckets of ice after a $50 credit for the inconvenience

There were no beddings for the sofa bed, so i asked for them but we got it after few hours later after midnight after the several reminders. I got charged for the parking fee $25/day even though we didn't even have a car, so i requested a refund.
