HOTEL UNIVERSAL PORT
First room we got had an awful odor. As a pregnant woman I couldn’t handle it so my husband went to talk to the front desk and they were more than accommodating. They switched us rooms right away and upgraded us. GREAT STAFF!

LIBER HOTEL OSAKA
Great location to USJ and train station across the street. Breakfast and room were excellent but by far the best thing about this place is their staff so respectful and so incredibly friendly I would def stay here again and recommend 100
