"Very small room compared to what is on the picture on Expedia. Not suitable for 4 at all. Charged extra for 2 guests but nothing provided for the 2 guests…no pull out bed etc…just kept saying pay extra for upgrade which I was not ready to do. Showed them pictures on Expedia too. Confirmation said ..."
