Clean hotel, good location, nice staff. Gym was cardio only, no room service, no toiletries, no water battles. Elevators pretty slow. Overall pleased but due to a few things I can’t justify a 5 star rating

Art'otel Ximending Taipei
The staff was super nice, especially Naomi, she helped us with our booking at the hot springs and was super helpful. The location was perfect, a street away from the busyness of Ximending!
